Aster MR Portal

Terms of Service

Effective 11 October 2026

These terms apply to the Aster MR Portal, a product-information submission service operated under the Aster Clinical name. By registering for or using this portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who may use the portal

The portal is intended for pharmaceutical medical representatives and other persons authorised to provide information about medicines on behalf of their organisations. You must give accurate information about your identity, role, company and territory. Sign-in with Google confirms control of a Google account, not your professional affiliation. Registration and product-submission access require administrator approval.

Accounts and access

Use an account you control, protect access to it and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. We may request supporting information, restrict access, suspend an account or reject a registration to protect the integrity of the portal. An approved account does not constitute an endorsement of its holder or organisation.

Product submissions

Submit only information you are authorised to provide and reasonably believe to be accurate and current, including the trade name, active ingredients, composition, strength, dosage form and manufacturer or marketing company. Do not deliberately create duplicate formulations or misrepresent product availability, approvals or composition. You may be asked to correct information, and submissions may be rejected or removed.

Prohibited information and activities

Do not upload patient-identifiable information, prescriptions, private clinical records, confidential third-party information you lack permission to share, unlawful or misleading promotional material, or malicious content. The portal must not be used to track prescribing behaviour, offer commissions or incentives for prescriptions, or influence clinical decisions improperly.

Catalogue use and review

By submitting information, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and permit Aster Clinical to review, organise, retain and reproduce the submitted product facts in its catalogue and related exports. You retain any rights you lawfully hold. Administrator approval records an internal review of representative-submitted information; it is not manufacturer, licensing or regulatory verification. Neither inclusion nor omission is a recommendation to prescribe.

No clinical advice or guarantee

This portal is an information-collection and review service, not a medical consultation service. Clinicians must independently verify product information, regulatory status and suitability before use. We do not promise that submissions will be approved, that catalogue information will always be complete, or that the portal will be continuously available.

Privacy and Google sign-in

We use Google sign-in to identify accounts and collect only the identity information described in our Privacy notice. We do not receive your Google password. Please read the Privacy notice for information on how data is used and protected. Privacy notice.

Changes to the service or terms

We may improve, suspend or discontinue features and update these terms. Revised terms and their effective date will be published here; we will give additional notice of material changes where reasonably practicable. Continued use after applicable changes take effect signifies acceptance, subject to applicable law.
