Privacy notice
The Aster MR Portal lets pharmaceutical medical representatives submit product information to Aster Clinical for review. This notice explains what the portal stores.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your Google account identifier, name and email address. We request only the “openid”, “email” and “profile” permissions and never receive your Google password.
- From you: full name, mobile number, company, designation and territory. Your mobile number is stored as contact information you declared; it is not verified.
- Product details you submit, with dates and review decisions.
- Security records such as sign-in times and the network address used, kept to protect the service.
How it is used
Your details are used to review your registration and submissions and to contact you about them. Approved product information may be added to the Aster Clinical medicine catalogue.
Who can see it
Only the portal administrator can see your contact details. They are never included in the product catalogue export, and other representatives cannot see them.
What the portal does not do
The portal has no access to any patient information, does not track prescriptions, and does not pay incentives.
